The first evolution of the shadow star technique, replacing Gale Shuriken. You
weave turbulent storm energy into a heavy, spinning tempest star and hurl it at
your opponent.

Usage: shuriken [<target>]
       tempest shuriken [<target>]

The concussive impact deals heavy shadow damage and jars the victim's stance,
dazing them for 1 round. Costs 25 Shadow Points and causes 1 round of combat lag.
Requires no physical ammunition, and automatically upgrades to Void Shuriken at
Level 22.

Details:
Your level and dexterity increase the damage dealt.
