Weaves an irresistible mental command out of combat into the mind of a
monster, compelling it to obey a single order of your choice (such as dropping
an item, moving in a direction, or performing an action). Self-destructive
commands are automatically rejected, and if the monster resists your charm it
will immediately attack you.

Usage: sing 'suggestion' <target> <command>

Details:
Your chance of success scales with your level and Charisma relative to the
target's level.
