SING

The primary command for Bards to perform instant spells, incantations, and
melodies. To sing a song, the Bard must be equipped with an instrument in
either the wield or hold slot of a level high enough for the song
(instrument level >= song level - 5).

Usage: sing '<song>' [<target>]

Instant songs take effect immediately upon completion, including utility
charms, protective wards, crowd control spells, and destructive sonic bursts.
Unlike played battle harmonies, singing an instant song does not sustain a
continuous per-round effect.
