SHIFT

SHIFT on its own shows your shape and its resource. SHIFT BEAR, CAT or STORM
changes it.

  Bear   the group's tank.  20% more hit points and better armor.
  Cat    close-up damage.  Better aim, and claws that find vital spots.
  Storm  your own shape.  Lightning and stone, and skills cost 15% less.

You can only shift outside a fight, and once every 20 seconds. You keep your
shape when you log out, and your spirit companion shifts with you.

Each shape has its own skills that work only in that shape. The shared skills
(Barkskin, Sapmend, Rootgrip and the rest) work in any shape.

Usage: shift
       shift bear | cat | storm
