Strikes a terrifying, discordant chord that shatters a monster's resolve and
drives it to flee from the room in panic. Scare can be sung out of combat or
during battle to chase away secondary enemies attacking you or your group, but
cannot be used against the primary foe you are directly tanking or against
creatures fighting players outside your group.

Usage: sing 'scare' <target>

Details:
Success depends on the target's saving throw versus spell.
