Cost:      All current Mana (minimum 50 M)

Channels all of the bard's remaining mana into a resonant harmonic barrier of
temporary hit points around another present group member in the room,
shielding them with up to 600 temporary hit points.

Usage: sing 'resonance' <ally>

Details:
The mana-to-shield conversion rate and barrier duration (3 to 5 hours) scale
with the bard's Charisma. An ally can only hold one Resonance barrier at a
time.
