An explosive opening song sung out of combat that unleashes a shattering sonic
shockwave against a monster. Petrify inflicts heavy sonic damage and turns a
victim that fails its saving throw into stone, paralyzing it and preventing it
from fleeing for several hours. A successful save reduces the sonic damage to
a quarter and avoids paralysis.

Usage: sing 'petrify' <target>

Details:
Damage (30 per level) and paralysis duration scale with the bard's level. High
Charisma above 18 penalizes the target's saving throw, making petrification
much harder to resist.
