successful shield block. This strike catches the attacker off-guard while
they are overextended, dealing heavy weapon damage (150% of your weapon's base
damage) with no command delay.

Details:
Requires wielding a weapon, holding a shield, and fighting in Defensive Stance.
Automatically counter-attacks for 150% weapon damage upon a successful block.

Usage: Automatic upon successful block
