A discordant acoustic vibration that disrupts and destabilizes enemy magical
defenses across the room. While maintained in combat, 25% of all resisted
spell damage pierces directly through enemy magic resistance to harm foes. For
example, a monster that normally resists 100% of magic still takes 25% spell
damage, and a monster with 50% resistance takes 62.5% damage.
