deep, enchanted sleep. A sleeping creature cannot act or defend itself until
the song wears off or it is attacked.

Usage: sing 'lullaby' <target>
       sing 'sleep' <target>

Details:
Success depends on the target's saving throw versus spell, and duration
increases with the bard's level.
