Bards possess silver-tongued charm and courtly diplomacy. Using Influence on a
shopkeeper flatters the merchant into offering lower prices when you purchase
goods from their shop.

Influence applies only to buying items and cannot be used to raise the sale
price of items you sell to a merchant. Purchase discounts never reduce an
item's price below its base value.

Usage: influence <shopkeeper>

Details:
Your skill proficiency, level, and Charisma determine your chance of success
and how long the shopkeeper's favor lasts.
