A revitalizing battle harmony that radiates waves of restorative melody across
the battlefield. Each combat round, the harmony pulses soothing renewal to
every other present group member in the room (excluding the bard), restoring
either hit points or mana depending on which resource is at a lower
percentage.

Usage: play 'harmonic renewal'
       stop hr

Details:
The amount restored each round scales with the bard's Charisma (4 to 13 HP
when HP% is at or below Mana%, or 1 to 7 Mana when Mana% is lower).
