Condense shadow energy into a razor-sharp four-pointed star and whip it across
the room at your opponent. Because the star is forged purely from shadow
essence, it manifests instantly without requiring physical throwing stars in
your inventory.

Usage: shuriken [<target>]
       gale shuriken [<target>]

Can be thrown to initiate combat from afar or hurled during battle. Costs 15
Shadow Points and causes 1 round of combat lag. Automatically upgrades to
Tempest Shuriken at level 13.

Details:
Your level and dexterity increase the damage dealt.
