DISARM

Usage: disarm [<target>]

Strike at your opponent's hands or weapon arm to knock their weapon from their
grip. A disarmed enemy cannot wield their weapon and has their physical damage
heavily reduced (cut by a factor of 3 to 10) for several combat rounds until
they recover.

Warriors must be in Defensive Stance to disarm. Causes 3 rounds of combat lag.

Details:
Your dexterity and level relative to the target determine your chance to disarm.
