Weaves a shifting veil of optical and acoustic distortion around yourself or
another player in the room. The blurred outline makes the recipient harder to
strike in combat, lowering their armor class by 20 points (-20 AC).

Usage: sing 'blur' <player>

Details:
Duration increases with the bard's level. Blur stacks fully with the Armor
spell for a combined benefit of -40 AC.
