THUNDERCLAP

Level: Mk26
Cost: 22 Mana (M), all your Storm

Tempest's finisher: spend all your Storm on one heavy hit. With 4 or more
Storm it knocks the foe down. It doesn't refill Storm or give mana back,
and Storm Brand and a primed weave don't add together here: only the
bigger bonus counts. Damage rises with your level, your better of
Dexterity and Intelligence, and the Storm you spend.

Usage: thunderclap [<foe>]
