STORM LANCE

Level: Mk27
Cost: 18 Mana (M)

Drive a lance of storm-charged ki through one foe. It counts as a ki attack:
it uses a primed hand strike and primes your next one. A foe marked with Storm
Brand takes more. A good saving throw softens it.

Usage: cast 'storm lance' <foe>
