Weaves an enchantment of drowsiness over a creature out of combat, putting it
into a deep, magical slumber. A sleeping victim cannot act or defend itself
until the spell wears off or it is attacked.

Usage: cast 'sleep' <target>
       sing 'sleep' <target>

Details:
Success depends on the target's saving throw versus spell. Duration increases
with the caster's level.
