  Strike one enemy and, if it fails its save, mark it for five rounds. Burning
  deals fire damage each round and makes physical hits hurt more.

Details: Damage grows with level and Intelligence, through 25 Intelligence.
         Saves halve direct damage. You may maintain one school across several
         foes. Changing schools clears your previous effects; other mages keep
         their own.

Usage: cast 'fire bolt' <target>
