This spell is very powerful in the hands of a pure magic user.  It will give
a minimum of (level of caster/2*level of victim)*MAX_HITS of the victim.
Further, victims failing their saving throws will lose up to 40,000 XP points
and the caster stands to gain up to 1/4 of it.


Beware that this spell is evil, and that by casting it you become evil.
