BALANCE

Level:     Mk14
Cost:      free (1-minute cooldown)

Breathe and even out your hit points, mana and moves, so each sits at the
same share of its maximum.  When you're hurt but have mana and moves to
spare, this turns them into hit points.  If it fails, the wait before you
can try again is shorter.

Usage: balance   (or: meditate)

At a bank, BALANCE still shows your account.  Ninjas use MEDITATE for Dark
Focus.
