  Strike enemy creatures throughout your room and mark each that fails its
  save for five rounds. Arcane Exposure makes the foe take more spell damage.

Details: Damage grows with level and Intelligence, through 25 Intelligence.
         Saves halve direct damage. You may maintain one school across several
         foes. Changing schools clears your previous effects; other mages keep
         their own.

Usage: cast 'arcane nova'
